Frequently Asked Questions

For a new brow service, it will take around 1 hour and 45 minutes . For a touch up service, it will take 45 minutes. For a tattoo or skin tag(s) removal, it will take approximately 1 hour. Finally,  color boosts take about 1.5 hours 

The brows will begin to lightly flake about 5 days after your session. The flaking should last 2-4 days. After this, you may consider yourself healed enough to resume normal activities. However, you may heal faster or slower depending on your skin, medications and overall health. The key is to follow my after care instructions for ideal results. 

There’s no way to predict the exact length of time. But the average time period is 2 years. Could be more could be less. We can discuss the many factors that affect this during your session ! 

Nope! It should not hurt. You may experience slight discomfort at some point during your service, and if you do, more anesthetic will be provided. 

Not excessively. You don’t want to over exert yourself and start sweating around your brow area. The salt content in your sweat could wreck havoc on your new brows. In addition, you’ll likely be touching soiled items or soiled items may come in contact with your brows, which increases the chance of a bacterial infection. A huge no-no.  

In short, Classic Microblading is a style that showcases tattooed hair like strands creating the look of a fuller eyebrow. Ombre Powder Shading is a shaded pixelated effect that resembles brow “make-up”. And the Combination Brow is a perfect balance of both that creates an enhanced, defined yet natural brow. 

If you must have both services done around the same time, please have your lash extensions done BEFORE your brow appointment. Otherwise, please ensure that your brows are completely healed before having your lashes done. 

It’s best to make a decision based on important factors such as your skin type, lifestyle, and expectations. However, if after reading the different descriptions on each brow service you are still unsure of which one to choose, feel free to send me an email or a text and I will be happy to make a recommendation.  Include a photograph of your eyebrows as well. 

Yes!!! I offer two options!  Both are interest free and both require pre approval. You must do it 24 hours prior to your appointment, so please contact me and request the payment plan link. I will give you further instructions at that time. 

Yes!!! Often !! Please use a gentle cleanser to keep your eyebrows clean. This is a vital step for an optimal healed result. You should use either Cetaphil, CeraVe, or Purpose brand cleansers, remembering to make sure your fingers are clean prior to touching your brows, be gentle when washing while they’re healing, and rinse them thoroughly with luke warm too cool water. 

Yes! You must book your appointment first, and then email me at ninarose@preciseglow.com or text me at 562-396-4627 and request to be added to wait list. This list is kept in chronological order.  IMPORTANT: for all touch up appointments after the initial session, a minimum of six weeks “healing” time is required in between your initial and follow up (perfecting touch up) appointment.  Also, occasionally the notice is very short, sometimes same day, so before accepting, please ensure the pre-care instructions are still adhered too. In other words if I offer you an appointment the same day and you’ve already had your morning cup of caffeinated coffee or caffeinated tea, unfortunately you cannot receive the service.
